More time for training. Less time on admin.
For Next Chapter Personal Training we built a digital foundation where the website, subscriptions, payments and bookkeeping work together. Customers can start easily, and the trainer can focus on what he does best.

A trainer who works on the gym floor, not behind a computer.
Next Chapter is a personal training studio in Eindhoven, started by a single trainer. Personal attention comes first: training schedules, nutrition plans and coaching that fit you.
The first clients signed up quickly, but behind every sign-up was manual work: filling in forms, processing payment details and copying information between systems. Time the owner would rather spend on his clients and on building his studio.
What the solution had to do
- Take out and pay for four subscriptions onlineThe first step for a new client
- Plan a free intake onlineA client signs up on their own
- Edit the website himselfUpdate texts and photos without help
- Manage single products and stockPlans and check-ins next to the subscriptions
- Payments and bookkeeping that belong togetherBookkeeping that stays clear
- Within a new entrepreneur’s budgetFits the stage of the business
A website that tells, a webshop that handles the rest.
We started from what Next Chapter needed, not from a preference for a particular system. Three directions came up:
We did not choose one system that does everything a little, but a combination where each part does what it is good at. Squarespace suits a website the owner maintains himself; WooCommerce suits subscriptions, products and stock. That combination fitted the budget and the stage of the business best, and lets the owner stay in control.

Who does what
The website tells who the trainer is and leads to a free intake. In the webshop a customer chooses a subscription and pays online. Everything the owner manages afterwards sits in a place that suits that task.
Use case diagram. The owner edits the website, plans free intakes, manages subscriptions, offer and stock and keeps the books. The customer views info, plans a free intake, chooses and pays for a subscription and manages it. Free intake and managing a subscription are done by both. Website in Squarespace, webshop in WooCommerce with Mollie, bookkeeping in e-Boekhouden.

A digital foundation that works for the business owner.
We also helped from the start with business email and a Notion board for planning, and finished with a handover and a manual. That lets the owner manage and extend the system himself.

What this project shows.
- The right solution starts with the questionNot with a preference for a particular technology.
- Systems do not have to do everythingWhen they work well together, it fits the user better.
- A project is done when the client can carry onThat is why explanation, handover and managing it yourself are part of delivery.
